Erika graduated from Western New Mexico University with a bachelor's degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling and a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice in 2011. She then completed her masters degree in Social Work from Western New Mexico University in 2015. She is currently completing her Doctorate in Social Work at Walden University. E

She then completed her masters degree in Social Work from Western New Mexico University in 2015. She is currently completing her Doctorate in Social Work at Walden University. Erika is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Substance abuse professional (SAP) in Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. Erika's work history started with those incarcerated, abused, and neglected children and those with disabilities in higher education. Erika has gained experience in Substance Abuse Treatment, Trauma focused treatment EMDR & Brain Spotting, Marriage Counseling through the Gottman Institute.
Erika also teaches part time online at Clovis Community College in Clovis, New Mexico. Erika provides Trauma-Focused Therapy, Substance abuse assessments and treatment, and Cognitive-Behavioral therapy. She focuses on a Person-Centered, Strengths-Based, and Systems Theory, approach. Each client working with Erika is treated for their individual needs for therapy. Erika currently practices in person in Lubbock, Texas, Portales & Clovis, New Mexico. Additionally she practices online in the state of New Mexico, Arizona and Texas.

Kathy attended school at Health Coach Institute and graduated with her certification in 2023. She is also an Ordained Minister and currently a bereavement provider with Hospice in New Mexico. She has experience working with health care workers, first responders and business professionals. She accepts clients virtually and in person in Clovis or Portales, New Mexico.

Christin graduated from the University of Michigan with a Masters in Social Work in 2014, received her full clinical license in 2017, and became a certified supervisor in 2026. She holds an active license in Michigan, New Mexico, and Texas. She has worked with clients of all ages experiencing trauma, from childhood abuse to sexual assault

She is an instructor at Eastern New Mexico University teaching bachelors and masters level social work. She is currently only accepting clinical supervision clients and is available for online supervision across Texas, New Mexico, and Michigan, or in-person in Lubbock, TX.
